Washington County Fair Concerts

Due to the Lovely Lady Irene, Washington County Fair is closing this evening(Saturday). Therefore our Sunday concerts are canceled. Despite our extreme disappointment everyone’s safety is paramount. Please stay tuned over the next few weeks we are exploring our options for a make up show, as we realize there are a huge number of fans who are hugely disappointed as well. Possibly at an indoor venue this fall. God Bless, stay safe everyone. Thank you for your understanding and dedication to us.

Johnny Cash’s bass player Marshall Grant passes

We are saddened by the passing of Marshall Grant: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/08/09/arts/music/marshall-grant-bass-player-with-johnny-cash-dies-at-83.html

Johnny’s daughter Rosanne Cash led the tributes to Grant on Twitter: “Grateful I was w/ (with) him last 2 days. Boom Chicka Boom, old friend… He was my ‘back-up dad’. Lot of bass players owe him a debt.”

The sound lives on.

To the Grant and Cash family we send our warmest regards and sorrow.

RIP Mr. Marshall Grant, thank you for your inspirations.
